Notes from the final arrangement:

Here were my thoughts for a final list. Change what you think. Thanks, Amy Hi group- Amy I looked your list over and then went through mine again and everyone else's again. I had mentoring and coaching low on my list and I think I have figured out why. In Elcho I have never really had a great coach or mentor (even though as a probationary teacher I am supposed to have one). I haven't had experience so I don't know how successful they would be. It makes sense to me know why it is high on the leadership list after I read all of your comments and rechecked out the book... I am ok with the list above. I would probably switch being creative and managing conflict because nothing gets done when there is tension. -Jocelyn I think the the List looks great as well and I agree with Jocelyn that Managing Conflict and being switched unless we're talking about creative ways of managing conflict:) I thiink that we are not that far of base with eachother (within a few spots on most) -John Hi Everyone - Thanks Amy for typing up this new list. I agree with the others in that we need to manage conflict before being creative. For is there is conflict, I don't think the creative juices can flow. You can concentrating on resolving the conflict. I have put the 2nd list first followed in order by the skills listing supporting evidence. I think we have it. If you want to make anymore changes, as always feel free but it looks to me like we have made this all come together. Well done! - Shavonne Hello! I think we did it, changes are fine with me...Thank you very much Shavonne for typing everything up on the WIKI :) Great job everyone! ~Amy
